Evidence presented in the Committee's investigation of charges against Richard Nixon, 1974 February-May.

The evidence consists chiefly of testimony, memoranda, daily logs, and copies of the weekly compilation of presidential documents. Four sections were generated by the Watergate cover-up including the presidential refusal to present tapes. The other segments cover general campaign fund abuses; illegal domestic electronic surveillence; political use of executive agencies, particularly tax audits of political enemies; illegal campaign contributions by the Associated Milk Producers in return for price supports; and favorable settlement of an I.T. & T. anti-trust case in return for convention pledges.
